Homemade Cherry Slushie

I just had to share this recipe I got in Runner's World Magazine. It's perfect for this time of year. I have altered it a bit to be not quite so sweet.


Homemade Cherry Slushie:
2 cups ice
1 cup pitted pitted cherries
8 fl oz water
1 tbsp honey

Pulse two cups ice in a blender until pebble-sized.
Add one cup pitted cherries, one cup water, and one table spoon honey.
Pulse until slushie consistency.

A great way to start the day! <3
